Service Terms & Policies

Last updated: August 23, 2026

These terms describe how 72 Standard works with clients. Booking a call or hiring us for a project means you’re agreeing to them.

How We Work

We offer setup and fix-it services for small businesses — things like Google Workspace setup, website fixes, and time-saving tool automation. Scope and price are agreed on a call or in writing before any work begins. If something comes up mid-project that’s outside what we agreed on, we’ll tell you and agree on it separately before doing it — no surprise charges.

Payment

Pricing is quoted upfront and confirmed before work starts. Consistent with the Old School Deal on our home page, you pay when the agreed work is done and your goal is satisfied — not before. We’ll always tell you plainly what “done” looks like for your project before we start, so there’s no ambiguity later.

Access to Your Accounts

Some services, like Google Workspace setup, require temporary access to accounts you own. We only use that access to do the agreed work, and we don’t retain login credentials longer than needed to finish the job.

Cancellations

Either side can step away from a project before it starts, no hard feelings. Once work is underway, we’ll talk through any changes in scope or timeline directly rather than locking you into fine print.

No Guarantee of Business Results

We set up tools and fix what’s broken — we can’t promise a specific increase in sales, leads, or traffic, since that depends on many factors outside a one-time setup. What we do guarantee is that the work itself gets done right, as described in the Old School Deal.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best work, but we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of tools or systems we set up, beyond the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
